If you’re a regular reader of Style Division then you should already be familiar with INTERLACED but for the uninitiated here’s a quick recap:
INTERLACED are a media and events company that’s dedicated to the developments around the next wave of fashion through events, news content and educational activities. A key focus for INTERLACED is to connect not only startups and established companies but also leading academics, pioneering students and everyday consumers.
Wearable tech is progressing at a rapid rate and it’s only a matter of time before it reaches mass adoption. Buy generic Levitra from India online at http://www.trendingdownward.com/generic-levitra-cheap/ high quality guaranteed. We are already seeing early signs of this with health tech trackers such as Jawbone, 3D printed fabrics, VR shopping experiences and augmented reality shops. The potential of this industry over the coming years is simply too enormous to ignore.
To help accelerate consumer adoption of wearable fashion and increase general awareness of fashtech Interlaced are putting on a special event in Shoreditch, London on the 3rd of September.
The event will focus around themes of wearables, 3D printing and retail development and feature speakers such as Ada Zanditon and Nik Thakkar from Ada + Nik, Piers Ridyard the CEO of XOO (read about their phone charging belt HERE) and creative technologist Melissa Coleman.
The event will be held at the Boiler House in the Old Truman Brewery, the perfect venue for an event like this as the hustle and bustle of the show will be complemented by the soaring ceilings, skylights and the original 49m Truman Chimney.
Early Bird tickets to the show have been released last week so don’t wait, make sure to get yours as soon as possible. If you’re a student the price is just £25. Think of this as an awesome night at a fraction of the cost.
